The CLASS team (Justin and Stephanie specifically) was incredible from beginning to “end”. From the time we engaged them about the possibility of utilizing their training services to the conclusion of said training, they were engaged, responsive, receptive and adaptive to our specific needs, and they followed up and followed through repeatedly. They were classy, consummate professionals, and they showed clearly, their expertise with leasing and customer service for the multifamily industry. The content for the training was tailored to the needs of each market team and our ever changing business and operating model—right up until the week prior to a training, which is particularly impressive. Our teams were all engaged and involved in the training conducted, and after each, we received resoundingly positive feedback from all of our team members in every market where CLASS facilitated training—many asking if we could “do this once a year”. As a leadership team we will happily oblige and continue to work with the CLASS team to accommodate the request from our team.
