It is my pleasure to recommend CLASS to you. CLASS worked with Trammell Crow Residential Services to improve occupancy at two properties, one in Indianapolis, IN and one in St. Louis, MO. The community in Indianapolis was a special challenge with minimal staff on-site. The property was under contract for sale and we were hampered in our efforts to hire new associates knowing that we would no longer be affiliated with the management. CLASS and specifically, Tracey Lott came in and coordinated a marketing plan that accomplished the desired results. It was through her diligent efforts that the sale was successfully completed.

CLASS then assisted our leasing team in St. Louis by leasing newly renovated apartments while another sale was in process. The increase of occupancy at Oxford Hill Apartments was instrumental in the sale being accomplished.

CLASS associates are extremely organized and effective. They creatively challenge the on-site team members to excel. They focused on the financial expectations of the ownership and then found ways to meet and surpass these goals. CLASS can be depended on to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
