JPI in the Mid-Atlantic has contracted with CLASS on three separate occasions in the past five years. Each situation behind the decision to hire CLASS was different, but always with the same net result of more leases equaling more move-ins equaling a quicker lease up; thus, increased profitability.

Customer service and performance beyond expectations are two of many positive attributes CLASS brought to Jefferson Park in Falls Church, VA, the most recent lease up for JPI. Our JPI community was in the midst of construction when the horrific events of September 11, 2001 occurred. The Northern Virginia sub-market was already feeling the tightening of a less strong economy. Our CLASS leasing momentum did not falter.
