I have had the opportunity in two organizations, and in three decades, to use the services of CLASS. I ended up using CLASS for a variety of reasons. It often strikes many in our industry that we are in the business of renting and shouldn't need help from anyone. However, there are certain classic situations where you are not staffed properly, you have market forces, you have an immediate rent-up situation, and CLASS always comes in with a trained professional who in a short amount of time infuses your property with marketing methods and renting methods that often stay with the property long after the CLASS individuals are gone because of the relationship.
