Before CLASS arrives on site, we will speak with you and
everyone involved with the decision to use CLASS to gain insight into the
current status of the property. We want to know the property’s previous
performance, objections or obstacles, competitors, staffing issues,
marketing and anything else that is affecting the occupancy at your
property.
Once this information has been assimilated, our scheduling
department will assign to your property one of our Leasing Specialists
whose expertise will cater to your specific needs. Prior to leaving, our
Leasing Specialist is brought into the office for a Warm-Up Meeting to
discuss the property and initiate our leasing and marketing goals.
