The management team at CLASS has more than 100 years of apartment leasing experience. Exclusive to CLASS, a manager will accompany the Leasing Specialist to the property on day one so that we personally meet everyone involved with the community. We lead an in depth meeting with the entire staff to gain first hand knowledge of the property and to review some basic marketing techniques we will be implementing. We then meet separately with our Leasing Specialist to establish a leasing and marketing strategy for the next 30-45 days. Once we start leasing, a CLASS manager speaks with each Leasing Specialist daily to review phone calls, walk-ins and leases on the property. A CLASS manager is with you every step of the way!
